Oven-Baked Tandoori MykChilli Salmon
Indian cuisine is packed with flavour and spices which always satisfies. The MykChilli Chefs have cooked up a delicious tandoori salmon which will tantalise the taste buds! This recipe can be adapted and goes with any protein of your choice! Serve it up with a side of basmati rice and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1/2 tsp red MykChilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp dhania (coriander) powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to season
  • Garnish - fresh coriander, chopped almonds, lemon wedge
Directions
  1. Mix together yogurt, tandoori masala, MykChilli sauce, ginger, garlic, dhania powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Marinate salmon in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge, fresh coriander and chopped almonds. Serve immediately!
