- Medium potatoes (As many as you like! The more the merrier!)
- Avocado oil
- Salt & pepper
- Cheese (shredded mozzarella or a mexican blend works well)
- Sour cream
- Lemon juice
- Green or red MykChilli
- Bacon bits
Slice medium potatoes into 3mm thick circles. Place onto baking tray, drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt & pepper. Bake for 15 mins on 180°C until cooked through. Top with your favorite cheese and broil till completely melted. For the topping, mix together sour cream, MykChilli sauce and lemon juice. Top skins with chilli sour cream, bacon bits and enjoy!
