MykChilli Pesto Gnocchi

Want that pasta fix for those cold winter days? We got you! Our vegan and gluten free MykChilli Gnocchi is generously coated in a gorgeous arugula pesto! 

For the pesto, blend together: 

  • 1 and a half cups tightly packed arugula
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 tsp MykChilli sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil + more if the mixture is not blending
  • 1/2 cup grated @laudsplantbasedfoods oat melt
  • 2 tbsp lightly toasted pine nuts

Once blended, your pesto should look like this

Toss any of your favorite pastas (we used @pasta_granoro gluten free gnocchi!) with our arugula pesto for a satisfying midweek meal!
