Want that pasta fix for those cold winter days? We got you! Our vegan and gluten free MykChilli Gnocchi is generously coated in a gorgeous arugula pesto!
For the pesto, blend together:
- 1 and a half cups tightly packed arugula
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp MykChilli sauce
- 4 tbsp olive oil + more if the mixture is not blending
- 1/2 cup grated @laudsplantbasedfoods oat melt
- 2 tbsp lightly toasted pine nuts
Once blended, your pesto should look like this
