MykChilli Masala Potatoes
Potatoes are so a-peeling! Everyone loves a side of potatoes with their meal but our MykChilli masala potatoes are a game changer! Bursting with flavour and easy to make, you'll thank us later for this one! 

Ingredients (serves 2):
  • 5 baby potatoes, halved (we used red potatoes)
  • 1 tsp green MykChilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup mint
  • 1/3 cup coriander
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garnish: mint, coriander, cashew nuts
  1.  Boil potatoes (skins on) in salted boiling water till tender. Let cool completely.
  2. Shallow fry in olive oil for 3-4 mins and then transfer to a bowl. Toss potatoes generously in tandoori masala powder. 
  3.  For the dressing, combine in a blender: MykChilli sauce, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, mint, coriander, salt and pepper
  4. Drizzle dressing over the hot potatoes and garnish with mint, coriander and cashew nuts
