Muffin Tin MykChilli French Toast

We're egg-cited for this one! Avoid skipping breakfast with this easy to make, grab and go muffin tin MykChilli French toast. These French toast muffins are packed with protein and will surely satisfy you for the most important meal of the day! 

- 1 slice of wheat bread, cubed
- 1 large egg
- 1 baby sweet pepper, diced
- 1/4 tsp red MykChilli
- 1/2 stem fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp grated mozzarella
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- Salt & Pepper to season


1. Whisk egg together with MykChilli, rosemary, sweet peppers, mozzarella and milk
2. Loosely place bread into muffin tin 
3. Pour egg mixture over bread
4. Season with Salt & Pepper
5. Bake in pre-heated oven on 180°C for 5-7 mins till egg is cooked through and bread is toasted. Serve immediately.
