Fresh year, fresh recipes! This month, Team #MykChilli is taking part in #Veganuary and our chefs have come up with a delicious burrito bowl to get back into healthy habits for a fresh new years start!

For the peanut dressing blend:
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon red MykChilli
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Salad ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded kale
  • 1/4 red bell pepper (medium dice)
  • 1/2 large mango (cubed)
  • 1/2¬†avocado (cubed)
  • Garnish with spring onion
